Badminton In The Morning


Play Badminton in the morning isn't a bad idea. Play Badminton Sport routinely is good for our health. Why? If we do physical exercise everyday will make the blood cycle become smooth and that's very nice for body isn't it? Or besides playing badminton, you can playing the other sport too like Football or Volley or Swimming that's nice and fun too i think. You can play with your friends or your parents and you will enjoy the sport!

Back to The Badminton, Badminton is the simplest to play. Like what i said in the previous post. This Sport is very very nice and compatible for me. I prepare all of the equipment completely like racket, shoes, socks, costume, pants, bag, shuttlecock and other equipment. After prepare all of that I do the warming sport. You know, if we don't do the warming, the vein will be get a tense and our body will got felt aches and that's not good for our health.

Oh, I almost forgot! Before we play, we must have a breakfast first. One thing which should not be abandoned. If we haven't breakfast, Our head will feel dizzy and our stomach will hurt because there's no food to digest. if you have this habit, leave it immediately! because it will damage your digestive system and don't leave breakfast anymore.

Okay.. after we have prepared all of the necessities, we are ready to play. In this morning, I and my friends as usual want to playing badminton. In this time, we just play in the field where in the front of our house because Gor Badminton open at 4 pm. Just every Sunday we play in the morning, we play together until we tired. We very happy and we aren't feel the clock has shown 8 am. Then, we back to home each other.
